The house is home to 3 adults with a learning disability.

The coordinator will lead on the successful running of the accommodation-based service, ensuring that the residents are always appropriately supported, policies are up-to-date and complete and everyone who lives there is happy and has the opportunity to live the life that they choose.

Hourly rate: £16.64 (£32,015.36 FTE)

Hours: 20 per week (13 hrs admin split between head office and Valley Road, 7 hrs support based)


Support and Enablement Worker - Befriending and Weekends

We are looking for caring and supportive people to become an enablement worker with us. We’re particularly interested in people who can work after school, evenings and weekends. Availability through school holidays is a bonus too as many of the people we support are of school age and require support through school breaks.

We need people to support children, young people and adults on a 1-2-1 basis in the community, accessing community services and supporting the person to achieve their specific aims (such as socialising, travel training, healthy living etc).

There will also be opportunities to work as part of a team over the weekend supporting a group of young people within our building and in the community. For more information please see the M8’s and Gener8 section under ‘services’.
